It also houses a tourist information centre that promotes Shibuya’s nightlife in multiple languages
The tourist information counter, located at the entrance to “SHIBUYA XXI”, is themed around “SHIBUYA NIGHT” and sets itself apart from conventional tourist information centres. It addresses the real challenges faced by international visitors to Shibuya at night, such as uncertainty about late-night opening hours and a lack of information for those wishing to experience the nightlife.
Staff fluent in English, Korean and Chinese will be on hand at all times. As a hub prioritising ‘clarity’ and ‘accessibility’, the counter will provide a wide range of information on Shibuya’s night-time culture, tailored to travellers’ specific purposes and preferences.
Free distribution of the ‘Shibuya Nightlife Map’, covering all of Shibuya’s nightspots

The Shibuya City Tourism Association is distributing the “Shibuya Nightlife Map” free of charge. To help international visitors enjoy Shibuya at night, the guide offers a local’s perspective on restaurants, bars and clubs open after 8 pm, as well as venues that are enjoyable even if you don’t drink alcohol.
The print version includes maps of smoking areas and public toilets, and features a QR code linking to a Google Map of all listed venues, making it easy to save the information.
The online version also features three recommended night-time venues selected by seven creators.

A rest stop offering complete peace of mind for travellers
The centre is equipped with free Wi-Fi, charging points and toilets. We also offer assistance with connecting to the Wi-Fi, creating an environment where travellers can take a breather and check their next destination. Going beyond simply providing information, it serves as a hub for tourism, supporting visitors during their stay in Shibuya.

Plans to install an “I♡SHIBUYA” photo spot

We plan to install a 3D “I♡SHIBUYA” photo spot in the shop in the near future. We aim to create a space where visitors can capture a memento of their visit to Shibuya on the spot, learn more about Shibuya’s nightlife at the tourist information centre, and take a piece of Shibuya home from the souvenir shop―allowing visitors to enjoy three experiences―photography, sightseeing and shopping―in one place.
